For those clients that require shorter recovery times and lower probability of losing transaction data we offer an enhanced Disaster Recovery solution. Both of these offerings can be tailored to meet a client's specific requirements.
2) Remote Application Support
Remote Application Support offers the expertise to manage and maintain your Ventyx applications from your data center. Our systems management framework models the de facto standard from the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL). A separate QA function with policies and procedures based on ISO 17799 and 9003 ensures that patches and maintenance releases are controlled, tested through a rigorous process, and client approved before being implemented into the client environment. These elements come together to ensure the highest availability and technical currency on a 24 x 7 x 365 basis.
3) Interim Hosting Support
Need application support during the implementation or upgrade? VentyxHosting can support your application remotely or from the VentyxHosting data centers on a short-term basis during an upgrade or implementation, or while your IT team is diverted elsewhere. Using state-of-the-art technology and tools with extensive application experience, VentyxHosting can provide interim support services cost-effectively, turning the application back over to your IT team at the end of the term.
