eSOMS Operator Rounds features:
Rounds Setup & Maintenance – Create and maintain simple data collection rounds or complex procedures including computations and analysis. Each user-definable round is composed of an unlimited number of records used to describe each data point to be collected or calculated. A record contains:
- Detail - description, location, equipment, limits (min, max, tolerance), units, data type, instructions…
- Schedule frequency – shifts, days-of week, days-of-month…
- Scripting language – for calculating readings, variable limits, alerts, and/or variable frequency
- Alerts – Reading-sensitive instructions for notifications, corrective actions…
- Standard Readings / Notes – values of allowable readings and performance note templates
- Narrative Log Links – links to allow automatic entries into eSOMS Narrative Logs module
- Reference Documents – attach multi-media documents (text, graphics, audio, video…)
Rounds Performance – At the desktop or in the field rounds can be performed with:
- Navigational aids - perform by sequence, location, description, equipment, barcode
- Calculations – automatically evaluate readings, limits, alerts, and collection frequency
- Limit and alert checking – notification of abnormal readings w/ alerts and compliance tracking
- Performance Documents – multi-media text, graphics, audio or video notes attachment capabilities
- Historical data reference in both tabular and graphical formats
- Multi-Readings – unlimited multiple readings per record for increased surveillance
- Filter capabilities – missed readings, abnormal readings, required readings
